1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the NEXUS.dev website (hereinafter "Site") are subject to acceptance of these Terms of Service. By browsing or using the Site, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Texts, articles, and documentation
  • Design, layout, and graphical interface
  • Images, illustrations, and photographs
  • Source code and projects shown in the portfolio
  • Logos, trademarks, and distinctive signs

are the exclusive property of Nexus or their respective owners (in the case of open source projects or projects made for third-party clients), and are protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Projects marked as Open Source are released under their respective licenses indicated in the relevant repositories (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

3. Permitted Use

The user is authorized to:

  • View and consult Site content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Share links to the Site on their social channels or websites
  • Contact the owner through the contact form for professional inquiries

4. Prohibited Use

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized reproductionCopying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any Site content without explicit written authorization
  • Scraping and data miningUsing bots, crawlers, spiders, or other automated tools to extract data or content from the Site

  • Service availabilityThere is no guarantee that the Site will always be accessible, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus shall in no case be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to: data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damage.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn, project demos). These links are provided solely for user convenience. Nexus has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk.

8. Professional Services

Professional services offered by Nexus (web development, consulting, etc.) are governed by separate contracts stipulated on a case-by-case basis with the client. These Terms of Service apply exclusively to the use of the website and not to contractual relationships arising from professional engagements.

9. Changes to Terms

Nexus reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and without notice. Changes will be effective from the moment of publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these terms, the competent court shall be exclusively the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if applicable, or alternatively the court of jurisdiction according to current regulations.
